The service cost is based on the type of service you choose and the quality control level you confirm. The type of products you handle are relative with the cost as well. For example, the service cost of jewelry item are higher than the daily plastic item. And all cost we finally charged are based on the items that pass the Q/A. That means we will not charge the cost if the order fail to the inspection.

We take random inspection on your orders if you don’t require special Q/C level. In this case, the chance that we missed to find out the quality problem is possible, although we keep improving our Q/C job. As soon as you met the quality issue, please follow the below steps of claim procedure.

3, Save the defected product and take over-view photos.

5, We claim to the supplier and work out the solution.
