We do hotel reservation as you requested. Or we will recommend the hotel with good price.

Pick up

Don’t worry your trip if it’s your first time to come to China. We will pick you up at the airport and send you safety to our reservation hotel.

To airport

We will arrange the car to send you from hotel to your departure airport.

We will arrange your trip to go to the market or visit the manufacturer according your trip purpose.

Inquiry

With accompany of our team member, you can discuss the product specification and order details with suppliers, bargain on the price, take the photos and make the note of all details.

Quotation:

We make inquiry list with photos of all suppliers that we visited for your final confirmation. And we make order list as well for you to understand the whole order situation.

Client order

You choose the suppliers who you want to buy from the inquiry and confirm the order specification.

Confirmation of special details

According to the import requirement of your country, we confirm the label, stickers information.

Delivery schedule

Based on the lead time of the orders and your plan, we set up the shipment schedule.

Purchasing order to supplier

As your confirmation, we make purchasing orders to different suppliers and sign the contracts as well.

Deposit payment

We pay deposit to supplier according to the contract.

Order following

Keeping well communication with suppliers, find solution for the question during the production processing

Collecting the cargo

We confirm the shipment schedule one week before the plan and call all suppliers for delivery preparation.

Q/C

We do random inspection on every item according the purchasing quantity if client is without special request. In the case the AQL standard is required, we will do the Q/C accordingly and issue the Q/C report as well.

We will inform you the quality problem during the inspection by on-line APP or email right away. And take the solution according to your demand.

For OEM order and big quantity order, we will require the supplier to prepare sample before mass production for details checking. So that we can avoid the quality problem in batch.

Qualified product carton organization

We gave all carton with No and note it in the packing list document. It’s helpful for your to organize the cargo when you receive it.

Shipment Booking

We make shipment booking with your appointed forwarder. Or we will offer you our freight quotation and make the booking after your confirmation.

Governmental quality inspection

For some items that government requests export quality inspection, we will apply for after receiving.

Container tractor arrangement

Confirm forwarder to pick up container and load the goods at our warehouse.

Loading

We will check the container condition carefully when it arrivals at our warehouse. We will make sure the container is without any damage for loading. Or we will inform the driver to fix the problem first.

We will prepare the loading list before loading. We will load the goods as you need in urgent in the case we have over CBM.

We will take photo of the container and loading processing as well.

Custom clearance

Apply for the custom clearance with necessary paper.

Based on your information, we will issue commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of landing and other documents as C/O, contract, P/I etc. as you requested.

You send your payment as deposit & balance to our account. We will do the deposit payment to all supplier as contract says and do the balance payment after collecting the qualified cargo.

Logistic following

Checking the shipping line system and follow the shipment schedule against any situation. Make sure the container arrival safety.

Quality follow

Keep good communication with you and understanding the selling feedback. If any quality problem is found.
Take photos and video, get the information of item No, quantity and so on.
Inform the problem to supplier for solution first.
Confirm the responsibility and the complaint solution.
