SIMEX is a manufacturer of cosmetics package.They began to use our service to buy from one supplier from Taiwan. But they were just a trading company. I explained the situation to client and convince them to buy from manufacturer directly. The client accepted my suggestion. After that, I spent almost 6 months to search the suitable manufacturers in whole China. I visited them one by one, collected the samples, studied the artworks and checked the production system. New orders from new supplier was very successful, whatever the cost or the quality. Now China become their major material source and they saved the cost more than 30%!
